The Alternative Hair Show event was held at London’s Royal Albert Hall last weekend.
The family of its founder, Tony Rizzo, was touched by Leukemia and he started the event thirty years ago to raise funds for Leukemia Research. So far, The Alternative Hair Show has raised £8.5m which is why this is an especially Happy Event.
Not only is this event raising money for charity, but it is an amazing showcase of creative talent. Tony Rizzo is also a great guy – one of the nicest clients I had.
I worked with him on his event, twice at the London Hippodrome and once at Camden Palace. It has since gone international, in Italy, Austria, Japan, Russia and America. I wonder whether we should now bring it to Warsaw?
