Imagine dressing-up and looking forward to a dining experience at Poland’s only Michelin-starred restaurant and being welcomed by a box of rat-poison carefully placed at the front of the restaurant.

Is it not a little insensitive for a place that considers itself to offer the best in high-end fine dining?

Amaro proudly displays the words “where nature meets science”, yet he is happy to poison the mice and rats in the park. Nobody forced him to open a restaurant on the edge of a park – it was his choice to do so. What; is he going to gas the fluffy red squirrels next and serve them with risotto?

Smacznego 😦
